The Quebec government is doubling tuition for out-of-province students in a move to give more money to francophone universities. As Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports, tuition for Canadians outside Quebec will jump to around $17,000 from just under $9,000 while international students will pay a minimum of $20,000.
