Dozens of long-term care homes across Quebec are dealing with COVID-19 outbreaks. Many of the seniors living in the facilities haven’t had a COVID-19 vaccine shot for about one year. While masks are not mandatory in most long-term care homes, experts say it might be time to bring them back. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports.
