Unionized crew on the Victoria Clipper had voted unanimously to strike if the two sides couldn't reach a deal by Sunday. 

Seattle police said the ferry, which travels back-and-forth to Victoria, B.C., was discovered floating adrift nearly 300 metres from Pier 69 in Elliott Bay.
