With the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine having been approved for those aged five to 11, Waterloo Region says it is prepared to begin vaccinating that age group as early as next week.

Children aged five to 11 will soon be able to get vaccinated against COVID-19, Health Canada announced. The vaccine will require two doses of 10 micrograms each.
