Some B.C. passengers say their trust in Canada's third-largest scheduled airline has been eroded after a weekend of business chaos.

The company was set to debut a direct flight from Lethbridge to Tucson, Ariz. this fall. Supply chain challenges have left those plans on the ground for now.
