One of three men on trial for the first-degree murder of a 12-year-old boy, who was struck by a stray bullet on Jane Street nearly five years ago, testified Wednesday.

In a downtown courtroom Tuesday, one of the occupants of a car that was the target of a shooting that resulted in the death of a 12-year-old, testified he pulled out a gun first.
