Hundreds of protesters gathered in downtown Vancouver outside of the Indian consulate in support of Sikhs and their community amid unrest in India, Saturday.

Gunmen armed with machine-guns and rocket-propelled grenades attacked an Indian Consulate in western Afghanistan on Friday, though its diplomatic staff escaped unharmed, police said.
