A B.C. judge has ruled that a proposed class-action lawsuit against a B.C. health authority can go ahead on some of its claims about a bogus nurse working at a Vancouver hospital.

Brigitte Cleroux of Gatineau, Que., pleaded guilty to one count of assault with a weapon and several counts of collecting money under false pretense with an intent to defraud.
