The NTSB chair said the 2024 mid-air incident wouldn't have happened if Boeing and the Federal Aviation Administration had done enough to ensure the safety of the 737 Max aircraft.

The phone appears to have fallen from Alaska Airlines Flight 1282 on Friday, when an unused exit door plug blew off the plane's fuselage mid-flight.
