Woman pronounced dead after fatal collision in east Regina

Regina police investigators and emergency personnel were seen managing the site of a parking lot collision involving a pedestrian on Wednesday. The vehicle involved in the collision was seen being loaded onto a tow truck while crews cleaned a section of a crosswalk. – Aug 3, 2023

A woman in the east end of Regina has died after she was hit by a vehicle.

Police were called to the 2200 Block of Victoria Avenue East after reports that a woman had been struck by a vehicle.

The collision occurred near the Victoria Square mall.

The victim was taken to hospital by EMS where she was pronounced dead.

Regina police are currently at the scene.
