A snowmobiler was airlifted to hospital following a snowmobile crash in Algonquin Highlands on Tuesday

According to Haliburton Highlands OPP, emergency crews responded around noontime to the crash at the intersection of McClintock Road and the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Club’s trail 65 — an area about 55 kilometres northwest of Haliburton.

OPP say the lone snowmobiler was transported by an Ornge air ambulance to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
