‘The Office’ star Craig Robinson busted for drug possession in Bahamas

TORONTO — Actor and comedian Craig Robinson was arrested Wednesday in the Bahamas after trying to board a plane with half a gram of marijuana and 18 ecstasy pills.

The 41-year-old star of The Office pleaded guilty to two counts of drug possession. Magistrate Andrew Forbes fined him $1,000 and ordered him to leave the country.

The maximum penalty was four years in prison.

Robinson, whose films include This Is The End and Hot Tub Time Machine, was busted in 2008 for drug possession and driving under the influence. The charges were dismissed after the star completed a drug program.

Robinson performed last weekend at the Atlantis Resort in Bahamas.
