WINNIPEG – It was a grand entrance that likely won’t be forgotten by Westbrook Inn patrons.
A woman crashed through a floor-to-ceiling window at the bar just north of Keewatin Street at about 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Her van came to a halt inside the bar.
Police said she apparently lost control before plowing directly into the building.

It’s not known whether alcohol was a factor in the crash.
The driver was taken to hospital in stable condition. No one else was injured.
