Emergency crews responded to the collision in the area of Springbank Drive and Wonderland Road around 7:15 p.m.

A female passenger was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries, where she was later pronounced deceased.

Police have identified her as 39-year-old Courtney Ovens, of London. Police corrected the age of the deceased, as the previous report stated she was 38-years-old.

An 18-year-old man suffered minor injuries and a 19-year-old woman suffered significant injuries, police say.

The investigation is ongoing.

Police had closed Wonderland Road between Springbank Drive and Riverside Drive overnight while members of Traffic Management Unit were on scene.
