In April, Fagg was arrested and charged with several offences after he allegedly kidnapped his 26-year-old girlfriend and held her in his transport truck.

She was able to secretly use her cell phone to text a friend and was rescued by police using GPS technology.

Fagg was subsequently charged with additional offences relating to another female victim for incidents that occurred in WilliamsLake between 2012 and 2013.

Mounties said Fagg is known to meet women through the online dating site Plenty of Fish.
