Teen seriously injured at Nakiska

KANANASKIS – A teenage boy is in serious but stable condition at Foothills Hospital after being injured at the Nakiska ski resort.

STARS air ambulance was called to the ski hill just after 5:00p.m. on Monday after the 15-year-old was injured snowboarding.

Canmore EMS also responded to the scene.

STARS says the teen was wearing a helmet at the time.
