RCMP issue alert about pair on the run, considered armed and dangerous

CALGARY- RCMP are asking for the public’s help tracking down two people wanted in connection with an attempted murder—who are considered armed and dangerous.

30-year-old Andrew ‘Navee’ Waunch and 23-year-old Ashley Chambers are suspected in an attempted murder investigation, stemming from an incident near Sylvan Lake on June 3rd. They’re also suspects in connection with an armed robbery involving a stolen vehicle, which happened around 11:30 a.m. on Friday.

It’s believed the pair is travelling in a blue, two-door standard cab 1992 GMC Sierra Truck. The license plate is WVX 289, and the truck was last seen heading east towards Trochu from Olds.

They are believed to be armed and dangerous, and the public is being warned not to approach them or the vehicle, and to call police immediately.
