Three men were taken to Campbell River Hospital in the early hours of May 2, following a violent fight at an outdoor party in the Sayward Valley.
Sayward RCMP are continuing to investigate and are asking the public for any information on any suspicious or unusual activity in the area.
Police were called to a home at about 3 a.m. on May 2. They learned an adult male had brought out a handgun during the altercation involving a metal pipe and a knife with several other men.
Three men were injured and taken to hospital.
Police found the handgun not far from the location of the incident. One man was arrested with a number of serious charges pending against him.
