OTTAWA – Police in Ottawa have charged a woman with second degree murder.
They say they found 62-year-old Brian Blondin, of Ottawa, stabbed to death on Friday.

The 44-year-old suspect appeared in court Saturday.
Police say Nichole Hover remains in custody.
The investigation is ongoing and investigators are asking the public for help.
