Durham Regional Police say two victims came forward to police alleging they were sexually assaulted between 1984 and 2003.

Police spokesman Const. George Tudos says the alleged incidents occurred at a residence in Oshawa.

Tudos says the victims and accused know each other, but he declined to provide details on their relationship.

He says a 46-year-old Oshawa man was arrested earlier this week and he was charged with exposing himself to a person under the age of 16, gross indecency and two counts of sexual assault.
