The child was last seen with a group of 4-5 adults and 2-3 other children who left the plaza in a white van.

Police say the mother of the boy was located just after 2 p.m.  She told authorities the child was left behind due to a misunderstanding with another sibling on who would bring him home.

The child was not injured and is now safe with his family.
