Halton police say 19-year-old Moshin Kasim was taken into custody on Wednesday and charged with committing an indecent act.

Police say exactly one month ago, a man allegedly pulled down his pants and exposed himself at the Cineplex on Winston Park, before leaving the theatre.

Police say Kasim was released on a promise to appear and undertaking.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to contact Det.-Const. Stephane Verreault of the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-825-4747 ext. 2260.
