Toronto police say officers arrested a man after an investigation revealed he was selling alcohol to a person under the age of 19.
Investigators alleged the man was selling alcohol to a minor from the Winners Lotto Mart convenience store where he worked at 299 Ossington Avenue, near Dundas Street West.
Police said a minor would call the accused to order alcohol and the accused would then buy the liquor from an LCBO store for them at a profit.
On Monday, police charged 60-year-old Toronto man Hung-Wai David Wong with supplying/selling liquor to a person apparently under 19 and selling liquor with no license.
He is scheduled to appear in a Toronto court on April 18.
