Every Monday on Adopt a Pal, Global News Morning features rescues in Manitoba to help them find forever homes.
This week, Back to Pack joins Global News Morning with two puppies ready to do some tricks.
Mr. Puggles was rescued from the far north. He was discovered with tar on his body, which took a few days to remove. Mr. Puggles has been making a lot of progress on learning commands like sitting and shaking a paw.
Mindy is four months old and is also from the northern part of the province. Mindy is making good progress with training and would fit best in an active home. Mindy is ready to impress and can jump through a hoop.
Back to Pack specializes in training their rescues basic commands and some other unquie tricks.
Andrew Din said training time varies for every dog, with Mr. Puggles taking about a month to potty train, crate train, and learn basic commands.
