Halton police are investigating a shooting in Georgetown, Ont.
Police received reports of shots fired at a residence on Garrison Square on Tuesday afternoon, but no injuries have been reported.
There is a heavy police presence in the area as the investigation continues.

Police say the suspect fled the scene in a white compact vehicle.
In a series of tweets, Halton police described the suspect and warned anyone who saw the person not to approach but, rather, to call 911 right away.
