Angel David Tinco Zambrano is charged after allegations he sexually touched a female client.

The alleged victim told an 8-man and 4-woman jury what unfolded when she went for an appointment at Bare Esthetics on Nov. 21, 2016.

As she wept, the alleged victim detailed to the court how she felt scared, confused, overwhelmed and panicked after her massage session.

She said, “I was frozen and didn’t understand why this was happening to me.”

The woman, whose identity is protected, alleged Zambrano inappropriately touched her during the hour-long appointment. She said after the incident he gave her a piece of paper with his name and number on it, telling her to call him.

Also, at the end of the appointment, he allegedly told the victim “what happened in the room stays between them.”
