Canadian Blood Services is asking blood donors in the Okanagan to book an appointment.
Winter weather marked by snowfall and icy conditions has led to several cancellations of mobile donor centres throughout the Lower Mainland and on Vancouver Island.
Blood supplies now need to be replenished.
Donors in the Interior are asked to make an appointment at any of the upcoming donor centres:
West Kelowna
