Hot pot is a popular method of preparing Asian cuisine in which food is boiled in a soup base as the meal progresses. It’s usually consumed in cold weather months and is often the main dish during family gatherings, as the round pot symbolizes the unity of a family.

Lettuce, corn, red chillies, bananas and mushrooms were some items floating in the hotel’s hot spring hot pot.

The First World Hotel in Hangzhou said they want to promote a healthy lifestyle during the ongoing Lunar New Year celebrations.
