Police said two vehicles were stolen from owners’ driveways on Friday morning within 45 minutes.

Then at around 7 a.m., a 2001 Nissan Juke was stolen from a driveway on Pettitt Drive in the Grange Hill East neighbourhood.

Police said both vehicles were unlocked and the keys were in the vehicles.

“Guelph police wish to remind you that when you leave your vehicle running or unlocked with the keys inside, you make it very easy for someone to steal your vehicle,” police said in a news release.
