Sgt. Ann Mathieu said operations were conducted in various cities in the province as well as in Edmundston and Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska in New Brunswick, where the RCMP assisted them.
She said the organized-crime network targeted was primarily active in eastern Quebec – the Lower St. Lawrence, Gaspe and Iles-de-la-Madeleine – and was allegedly linked to influential members of the Hells Angels.
