Toronto police respond to sounds of gun shots

TORONTO – Police responded to the sound of gun shots in the Dundas Street and Broadview Avenue area around noon on Monday.

The incident happened in front of 50 Matilda Street and initial reports indicate a person suffered a scrape on the hands and was not shot.

There were no shell casings discovered and police have yet to find any suspects.

The investigation is ongoing.
