Woodstock police say they were called to the fire at 520 Ingersoll Avenue in Woodstock at roughly 10 a.m. Tuesday.

They say nobody was injured as a result of the fire, and they’re still on scene with investigators from the Office of the Fire Marshal.

Police say the man is facing one count of arson and one count of break-and-enter to commit an indictable offence.

The cause of the fire and a damage estimate are not yet available.
