Neighbours say two people were taken from the scene of a homicide by ambulance in west Winnipeg.
Emergency vehicles arrived at the home in the first 100 block of Wordsworth Way in the Kirkfield-Westwood neighbourhood mid-afternoon Tuesday.
Two people were taken away by ambulance while a police car stayed through the night.
Police have confirmed they found two men dead in the home when they responded to a ‘well-being’ call.
Officers from the homicide unit are investigating, however, they said the incident appears to have been “domestic in nature.”
Cause of death was not given.
Neighbours told Global News two men in their thirties lived in the house for several years, adding the pair mostly kept to themselves, but walked their dogs in the area and one of them was a runner.
Police are hoping to hear from anyone with information that can help in the investigation.
