Crenshaw then allegedly pulled out a pair of scissors, stabbed Coronado and then left the scene.
Coronado was found bleeding from his left arm; Crenshaw was arrested the following day and he told an officer that the stabbing happened in self-defence, the Herald reported.
Crenshaw has a court date on July 18; his bond has been set at $7,500.
