Local police say a 30-year-old Ottawa man is wanted for criminal harassment and uttering threats.
Randy Scharf has been the subject of a police investigation since early July, the Ottawa Police Service said Monday afternoon. Investigators are “concerned” about threats he has allegedly made and are now asking for public assistance in locating him.
Police describe Scharf as five feet seven inches tall with a thin build, weighing 148 pounds. He sports a short beard, officials said.
Investigators urge anyone who spots Scharf not to approach him and to call 911.
