A years-long dispute between Samborski Environmental and bylaw officers has reached a breaking point.
Bylaw officers are often at the composting site on Brady Road and responding to complaints from area residents about the smell.

Just last month, composting bins were hauled away and computers were seized from the site offices.
The RM of Macdonald claimed the business was not properly zoned for waste work, but Paul Samborski insisted he had a licence.
Officers returned to the site Wednesday with a view to seizing a front-end loader.
The bylaw officers had partially blocked the entrance to the business, but as they attempted to take the loader, Leonard Samborski allegedly rammed it into the bylaw cruisers, injuring one of the two officers.
The loader was then driven erratically onto Pembina Highway and was pulled over near Bishop Grandin.
Samborski, 65, has been charged with resisting, assaulting and fleeing from a peace officer, along with a slew of other charges.
He has been released on a promise to appear.
