Newfoundland police vehicle damaged after complaint of house party

MOUNT PEARL, N.L. – Police in Newfoundland are investigating after a patrol vehicle was damaged following a noise complaint.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says officers were called to a house in Mount Pearl around 1:20 a.m.

They say after returning to the police car, officers found the rear window had been broken out and a beer bottle was sitting on the back seat.

Police say a large group of teens has just left the house.

The investigation is ongoing.
