City crews are working to ensure all residential garbage and recycling is collected this week.

Due to the amount of snow built up in residential streets, the collection trucks have not been able to drive into certain bays and cul-de-sacs to pick up the bins.

If your garbage or recycling did not get collected, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Service Regina between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. at 306-777-7000, or submit an online request form on Regina.ca/contact

Step 2: Roll your cart off the street and place it back on your property line closest to the roadway. This could be on the corner of your driveway or edge of your lawn.

Step 3: Crews will come and collect your garbage and recyclables as soon as possible. You do not need to place your cart back onto the street for collection.

The city anticipates that all missed collections will be resolved by this Saturday, March 10.
