Blowing snow is hampering visibility in parts of southern Manitoba, leading to school and bus cancellations in some spots.
Interlake, Lord Selkirk and Sunrise School division will not be running afternoon buses.
Regions B and C of the Prairie Rose School Division are closed, including:

St. Eustache
St. Laurent
