Police say the Canada Border Services Agency at Toronto’s Pearson Airport notified them on Tuesday night that they had a man wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant from Sept, 13, 2006, in custody.

OPP say the Hamilton man had been charged with production of marijuana, production of cannabis resin, and possession more than three kilograms of marijuana for the purpose trafficking in Southgate Township, Ont.

Investigators say officers picked up the 66-year-old man late Tuesday night and returned him to Chatsworth, Ont.

He was to appear in an Owen Sound, Ont., court on Wednesday for a bail hearing.
