The man charged in connection with an assault at a Vancouver SkyTrain station will be back in court today.
Peter Anthony Gagen pleaded guilty to charges of assault and uttering threats last month.
He went on a racial tirade towards a woman and her son in August 2016, and then attacked a Good Samaritan who jumped in to help.
The man said Gagen also spat on him in the process.
Gagen could be sentenced today. He is also in court for a psychiatric report.
