Charges laid following reports of man exposing himself to women

A 57-year-old London man is facing charges in connection with several incidents that involved a male exposing himself to women in public, police said Wednesday.

The incidents occurred in the area of University Drive, Richmond Street, Oxford Street East, and the Thames River.

One of the incidents occurred Wednesday morning and was witnessed by officers. Police haven’t said where the incident took place, but say it occurred around 6:15 a.m. and involved a man exposing his genitals. The man attempted to flee but was taken into custody not far away, police said.

In addition to a charge for Wednesday’s incident, police say the man has also been charged in connection with two other incidents that took place Aug. 16 and Oct. 31 of this year.

The accused, a 57-year-old London man, faces three counts of committing an indecent act.
