The city’s portion will be $73 million, the Riders will kick in $25 million, while the province will contribute an $80 million grant, in addition to a $100 million loan.

There were 17 presentations Monday night to council before the vote was held.

The Saskatchewan Taxpayers Advocacy Group also demonstrated outside city hall.
