The Montreal Vegan Festival is back for another year at Marché Bonsecours this weekend.
Visitors have the chance to discover products from over 70 exhibitors, while learning about the health, ethical and ecological aspects of veganism.
“We would like to show people what veganism is about, so that they can enjoy great food, taste new things and hear about the movement and the ethical reasons why we become vegan, our compassion for animals, the environmental reasons,” said conference organizer Frédéric Côté-Boudreau.

“There are so many great things to discover and to see,” said Côté-Boudreau. “I think it’s really motivating to see how easy it could be for a lot of us to become vegan, or at least to take a moment and to think about what we can do on a daily basis.”
The festival’s fourth edition takes place Saturday and Sunday.
