More arrests have been made this morning in connection with Project Saddle, the OPP investigation into aggressive stunt driving on provincial highways, most notably on Aug. 6.

On that day, officers received several complaints about a large “mob of motorcycles” manoeuvering on Highways 401, 403, 409, the Queen Elizabeth Way, the Gardiner Expressway and the Don Valley Parkway, OPP previously said. Police released an aerial video showing the motorcyclists riding together and another video showing the group stopped.
On Friday, the OPP raided a home on Hackberry Street in Kitchener just after 6:00 a.m. Hackberry Street is in the Fisher-Hallman and Ottawa Street area of the city.
Residents were woken by the sound of pounding on a door by officers conducting the morning raid. Officers were seen surrounding the home in the quiet residential neighbourhood.

Few details are available at this time. OPP media relations officer Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said charges are pending but those exact charges are not yet known.
More information on this raid is expected later today.
