Alberta election 2017: Grande Prairie results

Bill Given has been re-elected mayor of Grande Prairie, handily beating his main challenger Dick Baillie by 3,753 votes in unofficial results.

There are several new faces on council though. The elected councillors are: Eunice Friesen, Chris Thiessen, Jackie Clayton, Dylan Bressey, Clyde Blackburn, Wade Pilat, Kevin P. O’Toole and Yadvinder Singh Minhas.
