Saskatoon police said they had to fire a Taser and use a bean bag gun on two women who refused to get out a truck that had been reported stolen.
Officers first spotted the stolen truck early Monday morning in the area of 21st Street and Avenue L.

A check found it had been reported stolen in Prince Albert early in the month.
Police eventually stopped the stolen vehicle at Avenue E North and 26th Street.
The driver, a 26-year-old Sturgeon Lake man, was arrested as he left the truck.
Police said two women in the truck refused to listen to officers.
They fired a Taser along with a bean bag gun and took the women into custody.

A bean bag gun discharges a weighted lead shot soft fabric pillow meant to briefly render a person immobile without causing long-term trauma.
The two 29-year-old Saskatoon women were checked over by paramedics and medically cleared.
The trio will appear Monday in Saskatoon provincial court on stolen property charges.
The use of force options will be reviewed in accordance with Saskatoon Police Service policy.
