Lethbridge police search for missing mother who had planned visit to Calgary

Lethbridge police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 35-year-old mother.

Charmain Spence has been missing since Aug. 26, 2017. A family member last had contact with her that day via text message, when Spence indicated she was in Maskwacis, Alta., according to police.

“At that time, Charmaine advised she would be making her way to Calgary,” police said in a statement.
Officials said there is no information to confirm whether Spence made it to Calgary or not, and that she normally maintains contact with family.
The absence of any communication has the family concerned for her well-being, according to police.
Spence is described as five-foot-seven inches tall, 180 pounds with a medium build. She has shoulder-length brown hair and a tattoo of her children on her right arm.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call police at 403-328-4444.
