A motorcycle rider has died following a hit-and-run on Lougheed Highway in Maple Ridge Thursday night.
Ridge Meadows RCMP say a group of motorcyclists were heading westbound on the highway when an eastbound vehicle passed a slower vehicle and struck the lead motorcycle head-on close to 28oth Street.
A second motorcycle then collided with the first and the suspect vehicle.
