As Hurricane Irma makes its way to the Florida coastline, massive evacuations are underway as residents attempt to get themselves out of harm’s way when the storm hits.

LIVE UPDATES: Tracking Hurricane Irma’s path

Among those evacuees are actor Josh Gad’s parents and other family members, who were stranded in Florida with nowhere to go. That was until Gad’s Frozen co-star Kristen Bell stepped in that is, finding Gad’s parents and relatives a room in the hotel in which she and husband Dax Shepard are staying.

“When they were stranded in Florida, she got them a hotel room at her hotel in Orlando and saved them, my brothers, my sister-in-law and niece and nephew. They don’t make them like this girl. Thank you Kristin,” he added, accompanying a selfie of his parents posing with the star of The Good Place.

Bell responded to Gad’s thanks with a short tweet referencing their “Frozen” characters.

Bell and Shepard are apparently in Orlando, with Bell explaining on Instagram that they “didn’t have the option to leave so here we are.”

Added Bell: “Just doing our best and trying to stay positive but cautious, and trying to help those who need help prepping. Every person i passed today was assisting someone else- #neighborshelpingneighbors – it was beautiful to see. Sad that a hurricane has to bring out the best in everyone- but happy that the community will be holding hands through this.”

Bell’s act of kindness toward the family of her “Frozen” co-star did not go unnoticed in the Twittersphere.
